Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team in Data Science, Reporting, and Business Analysis, providing strategic vision and direction.
  • Evaluate data to enhance operational processes and improve quality across the organization.
  • Support special projects and conduct trend analyses to address challenges and drive efficiency.
  • Develop a vision for productizing data science outputs and offering Data Science as a Service.
  • Collaborate with reporting and business analysts to transform datasets into compelling narratives for business leaders.
  • Create and manage comprehensive reporting solutions.
  • Align team efforts with key organizational objectives and project goals.
  • Utilize various tools to collect, organize, and analyze data to generate essential reports.
  • Act as a liaison between operational groups and client stakeholders, enhancing transparency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable strategies for business improvement.
  • Identify and apply suitable decision-making technologies to relevant analytic frameworks.
  • Ensure a cohesive reporting structure delivers timely data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Specialize in researching and devising strategies that optimize business operations and enhance productivity, managing priorities and scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Conduct data discovery, analysis, and modeling, and troubleshoot to support operations.
  • Assist in project management and collaborate with managers to fulfill operational expectations.
  • Prepare updates and presentations, maintain records, and ensure reporting structures are timely and accurate.
  • Oversee the provisioning and deprovisioning processes, coordinating closely with Operations to support new hirings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with formal training and/or prior experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: SQL, Python, R.
  • Experience with cloud-based DBMS such as Snowflake, Amazon RDS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with big data, including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Experience in machine learning, particularly in natural language processing (NLP).

Minimum Salary: $120,000.00
Maximum Salary: $135,000.00
