  2. Execution Algorithms & Strategy:
    • Crisis-Ready Algos: Create robust execution benchmarks for high-stress market conditions.
    • Portfolio-Level Unwinds: Develop liquidation strategies based on risk sensitivities, ensuring effective management of various asset types.
  3. Default Waterfall Architecture:
    • Design decision logic throughout the liquidation process, including open market liquidation and internal hedging strategies.
  4. Market Microstructure & Regulation:
    • Liquidity Intelligence: Collaborate to monitor order market impact and order book dynamics.
    • Regulatory Defense: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by producing quantitative evidence to support execution decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master's in a quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • Experience: 6+ years with a Ph.D., or 8+ years with a Master's in a relevant field, with industry experience in execution trading or risk management at leading financial institutions.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Almgren-Chriss frameworks, Order Book Dynamics, and Auction Theory.
  • Coding & Engineering: Proficient in Python, with experience in deploying quantitative models in production.
  • Soft Skills: Strong capability in leading cross-functional projects and conveying complex technical information effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hybrid Asset Class Experience: Experience with both Delta-One and Non-Linear products.
  • Data Engineering: Familiarity with data pipeline technologies.
  • Crypto Native: Understanding of crypto market structure nuances.
