In our expanding Risk Technology practice, we are searching for a highly motivated Manager specializing in Oracle application security and controls technology enablement. In this role, you'll manage client engagement teams, collaborate with a variety of clients to deliver exceptional professional services, and spearhead business development activities on strategic accounts.
Your key responsibilities
Utilize your understanding of IT environments and industry trends to develop innovative risk management solutions for our clients. Lead EY teams in transforming risk functions and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
Use your Oracle security expertise and project management skills to lead and inspire client engagement teams while providing technical direction in the design and implementation of risk management solutions.
Deliver clear and concise analyses and recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at various levels.
Produce high-quality work products on time and within budget.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's or master's degree along with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of Oracle business processes such as purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash.
Experience with controls testing and segregation of duties assessment.
Advanced skills in project management and client services.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in coaching and managing staff.
A valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience as a consultant or client-serving professional.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud or Workday ERP project management and support.
Industry certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA).
A strong grasp of IT industry trends.
A foundational knowledge of auditing Oracle technologies.
