Your Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions, aiming to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate engagement teams in gathering specific business requirements to align with rapid deployment of digital solutions technology.
• Design and implement tailored Guidewire Digital solutions, emphasizing seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize your expertise in front-end technologies and API integrations to deliver innovative transformations that resonate with client objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in emerging technologies and industry trends to offer insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, cultivating a culture that values diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant insurance or consulting experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of business and technical requirements documentation, business architecture design, and system integration.
• Proficient in delivering end-to-end system implementation projects based on established methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that engages clients and stakeholders.
• A willingness to travel to client sites as project needs dictate.
