Marine Corps Officer programs offers you the opportunity to explore the Commissioned Officer experience with no contractual obligation until you graduate with your undergraduate degree. We take individuals with little to no leadership or work force experience, and guide them through the basics of leadership from the individual to team level. The life skills and experience that you will gain in your first four years as a Junior Officer will enable your success in the private sector should you decide to get out. We not only offer warfighting skills, we quickly immerse Officers in work fields such as finance, logistics, intelligence, communications, and public affairs. All of these skills are developed leading groups of Marines ranging in number from 40 to over 100, and controlling budgets of millions of dollars.
