Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact between the Sales team, the client and operations and production staff
Understand client goals, objectives, and requirements, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying any upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.
Proactively identify and address any client issues or potential roadblocks.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to clients.
Utilize CRM and ERP
- Project Coordination:
Ability to quote projects properly and ensure adequate margin.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Secure and interact with new vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Execute project plans, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate any risks.
Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Event Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute successful events, both virtual and in-person, based on client needs and objectives.
Manage all aspects of event planning, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event registration, attendee management, and post-event evaluation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any event-related issues or challenges.
- Fulfillment Expertise:
A solid understanding of shipping, warehousing and fulfillment logistics and works closely with client services
Understands all types of shipping including LTL, DDP, Overseas shipping and freight as well as Fedex, UPS and DHL
Understands event shipping and receiving logistics
Requirements:
Ability to travel to events when needed.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, or related).
Proven experience in account management, project coordination, event execution, and fulfillment expertise.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and fulfillment best practices.
This is a hybrid position 3 days on location (in Whitehouse Station, NJ and 2 remote).
