Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Marketing Associate with an entrepreneurial spirit to manage our day to day marketing tactics to drive brand exposure, increase lead generation and support our sales team and distributor partners. This role is a great opportunity for someone with product marketing experience, who thrives in a fast paced environment, loves creative project management and wants to be involved in a diverse array of marketing projects from digital, print, social and more.

The role: The Marketing Associate role will be responsible for assisting with executing various marketing tactics such as digital ads, social media content creation, email marketing, designing marketing materials, website maintenance and more. This individual will be working directly with the Marketing Director and will serve as their right-hand in helping to manage and execute all marketing projects.

DIGITAL:

• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and social media ads, to optimize performance and drive relevant traffic to our website.
• Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Assist in website updates using WordPress to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
• Develop, implement and track monthly email campaigns in Hubspot focused on lead nurturing, education, events & updates

SOCIAL:

• Assist with content creation, including photos, videos & social content
• Assist with management of social media posting, collaboration, community management and the overall strategy to drive exposure on social

DESIGN

• Utilize design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations 
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of design fundamentals to ensure the creation of compelling and clear marketing materials.

PRINT

• Work with external vendors to execute direct mail programs
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing materials for trade shows and events

OTHER:

• Obtain a thorough understanding of our product, users and industry to help develop effective strategies for awareness and lead generation
• Conduct research and assist with list building, compiling marketing packets, etc as necessary
• Contribute to overall marketing strategy
• Work with various contractors and assist with sourcing vendors and additional contractors for projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field
• An entrepreneurial and curious mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager etc. Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM is a plus.
• Basic design skills, with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite or a similar platform. 
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and a foundational understanding of web-based best practices.
• Exceptional multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to jump into new projects and challenges with a positive attitude
• Any unique skills such as video editing, photography, copywriting etc is a plus!
