Position:
The Boulder Group is seeking a marketing coordinator to be an integral part of our team. The person will be responsible for providing marketing, operational and administrative support to our investment sales team. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key assets as you assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects to support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content for various platforms, such as websites, social media, email campaigns and print material.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using relevant metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and virtual tours.
Build and maintain property listings.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure marketing materials adhere to company guidelines.
Create and deploy e-mail blasts for property listings.
Maintain, update and segment contact databases and email distribution lists.
Prepare documents related to transactions.
This position will report directly to the principals and provide support needed for the majority of business development initiatives. This is an exciting and demanding environment that requires a self-starter that is willing to work hard and requires minimal supervision. A qualified candidate should be able to prioritize and meet deadlines and be capable of working independently with a strong attention to detail.
Candidate must possess a degree from a competitive national university in Marketing, Communications, Business or a closely related field; and have worked for a commercial real estate firm previously. Candidate should have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
