Job Summary:


The primary responsibility of this role is to support our clients through exceptional customer service and assist in executing marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding, ensure smooth implementation, and resolve any issues that may arise.


Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for the company and its services.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to the marketing team.


Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support sales events and trade shows, including logistics coordination and booth setup.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide product and service information to clients, offering expert guidance and assistance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE IN ADOBE WORKFRONT IS A PLUS
  • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
