We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing their paid media campaigns and ensuring satisfaction with our agency services. Additionally, you will manage client budgets, supervise account activity, keep agency leadership and stakeholders informed, provide ongoing revenue reporting and identify account growth opportunities. Occasional travel may be required.
THE POSITION:
- Client Relationship Management
o Develop and nurture strong relationships with client partners, understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements
o Provide timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries and concerns
o Collaborate with clients to identify their advertising objectives and develop effective media strategies to achieve those goals
o Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update client partners on campaign performance, new opportunities, and industry trends
o Ensure account documentation is maintained and processes are followed thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with agency policies and agency-partner agreements
o Assist with challenging requests and escalate account issues as needed
o Clearly communicate the progress of account initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
o Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives
o Collaborate with internal teams, including media planners, creative teams, and analysts, to develop and implement comprehensive media plans
o Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and work with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
o Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and work with the team to develop solutions to ensure campaign success
o Lead account team in the preparation of regular reports and performance analysis, highlighting key metrics, insights and campaign results
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
o Lead paid media activities for multiple accounts, including media planning, negotiation, activation, reporting, optimization, billing and budget reconciliation
- Account Growth and Business Development
o Identify opportunities to expand accounts and grow revenue, collaborating with the business development team to pitch new services and upsell existing offerings
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential new clients and develop targeted outreach strategies
o Collaborate with Business Development team to identify agency growth opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in an advertising agency environment
- Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of media planning and buying across various digital and offline channel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively and persuasively convey complex ideas to clients, vendors and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude, as well as adaptability to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
COMPENSATION:
We offer a very competitive benefits and compensation package, and a flexible working environment. Annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $80,000, depending upon expertise and years of experience.

This is an on-site position in Lakewood, Colorado - while we offer a flexible and sometimes hybrid schedule, this is not a remote position.
