Role Overview

This is a field-based position responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting medical kiosk host sites within a defined geographic area. You will be the main point of contact for healthcare, pharmacy, law enforcement, and public sector partners involved in regulated product stewardship programs. Frequent site visits, effective relationship management, and compliance adherence are essential for success in this role.

Key Facts to Consider:

Annual salary: $70,000 - A one-time bonus of $2000 will be paid at the end of employment upon successful completion of duties.

  • Mileage reimbursed at the full IRS rate ($0.725/mile) for round trips.
  • Monthly reimbursement of $75 for expenses ($50 cell phone, $25 internet).

Work Schedule & Travel Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid role requiring 2-4 days of fieldwork per week and 1-3 days of remote work.
  • Expecting overnight travel, potentially 3-4 nights per week for extended periods.
  • Daily tasks typically involve 10-15 site visits based on scheduled routing.
  • Standard work hours span Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility.
  • Overnight travel will include per diem reimbursement and a company credit card for field expenses.

This position demands a creative thinker with a commitment to detail, specifically in compliance-driven environments. Engagement and relationship building are crucial as you will work independently in a high-travel field role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct outreach and manage relationships with kiosk host sites through outreach initiatives, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Convert interested sites into compliant, active kiosk hosts.
  • Coordinate kiosk installations with relevant vendors and host sites while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform ongoing audits, inspections, and troubleshooting of kiosk locations.
  • Manage events related to product take back and oversee on-site personnel as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to interaction.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced travel-intensive environment.
  • Attention to detail and judgment, especially concerning compliance regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a reliable mode of transport and be willing to travel extensively.

Helpful Experience:

  • Experience in outreach, sales, or field marketing roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Experience managing territory-based responsibilities is beneficial.
