Department/Unit Summary:
The RN-Med/Surg will coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients, engage in patient and family education, advocate for patients, and work collaboratively with other departments. You will provide direct patient care based on the nursing process while adhering to regulatory standards.
- 4:1 Nurse Ratio
- 8:1 CNA Ratio
- Support from Break Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor
- 38 Total Beds
- 12 Hour Shifts

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates should possess a current state RN license with a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional qualifications include:
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
