We are excited to invite passionate and qualified board certified or board eligible psychiatrists and addiction medicine specialists to join our innovative team. This unique opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals who have endured severe work-related injuries while navigating their mental health challenges.

As a vital member of our team, you will facilitate care for patients dealing with:

  • Catastrophic work-related injuries: Including musculoskeletal injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, amputations, and polytrauma.
  • Co-occurring mental health conditions: Such as anxiety, depression, acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorders.
  • Acuity levels: Covering acute, subacute, and non-acute cases.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating, reviewing, and overseeing the implementation of tailored care coordination plans that align with evidence-based practices.
  • Presenting care plans to both clients and clinical staff.
  • Engaging in proactive communication with providers on behalf of injured worker patients, including participating in peer-to-peer discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborating closely with a dedicated care coordinator nurse who will assist with planning and coordinating care.
