We are growing and expanding our team and are looking for a self-driven Menu & Nutrition Specialist to join our team!

Our Menu & Nutrition Specialist helps our clients with the creation and revision of their menus to improve upon and/or maintain resident satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include (not all inclusive):

Communicate with clients for menu review and changes.
Process menus including facility recipe and product changes using proprietary software.
Review all menu changes for variety, color, texture along with national and state regulations.
Review spreadsheet for all diets/consistencies supported at facility level including IDDSI.
Review of menu nutrition.
Resident council meetings to review basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life.

Education/Certificates/Licenses Required

Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist?State of Illinois required.

Certified Registered Dietitian?Commission on Dietetic Registration

Bachelor?s Degree in Dietetics.

2-4 years of related experience.
