We are seeking to grow our Mid-market team with exceptional talent experienced in the mid-market across various business functions. This expertise will drive large-scale transformations.

This role primarily involves delivering end-to-end agentic AI solutions while providing advanced technical insights to support complex mid-market customer engagements. It encompasses intelligent systems, full-stack solution development, and human-AI interactions, alongside close collaboration with Sales to convert business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Role Overview:

This position focuses on the end-to-end sales execution of standardized, productized Agentic AI solutions targeting mid-market clients with revenues ranging from $500M to $7B. The role involves assisting with needs assessments, solution positioning, and efficient deal execution for predefined offerings that yield measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive early-stage mid-market sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying new opportunities.
  • Research and identify prospective mid-market accounts through defined criteria and various outreach channels.
  • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and solution fit.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline of qualified leads, transitioning sales-ready opportunities to the Mid-Market Account team with documented insights.
  • Participate in discovery meetings to capture client requirements and buying signals.
  • Support the positioning of standardized Agentic AI offerings aligned with client needs and budgets.
  • Help articulate value propositions, ROI considerations, and success metrics related to predefined solutions.
  • Assist in proposal development, demos, pilots, and proofs of value alongside sales, solution, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate deal execution activities, including pricing coordination and contract readiness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely pipeline updates to sales leadership.
  • Support post-close handoff to enable onboarding and early customer success.

Travel may be required for this role and can vary between 0-100% depending on client needs.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales support, pre-sales, consulting, or analytical roles with a focus on structured sales motions for technology platforms.
  • Minimum 2+ years partnering with cross-functional sales, delivery, and technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts at a business level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If holding an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience is required.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Exposure to AI, data, automation, SaaS, or platform-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or consumption-based commercial models.
  • Experience serving mid-market or growth-stage customers.
  • Adaptability to learn evolving offerings and processes through hands-on experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on various factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
