JOB SUMMARY

We have an exciting opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to assist customers while performing a variety of duties including:

• Providing support and guidance related to the Autel scanning unit through inbound and outbound calls.
• Answering technical questions and explaining the scanning procedures.
• Conducting research to effectively understand and resolve vehicle technology issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician is required; I-CAR & ASE certifications are preferred.
• You must possess or be willing to acquire the necessary tools to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, including background checks, is mandatory.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Physical capability to perform consistent physical activities, including lifting over 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, and squatting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, written estimates, and work orders effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and effective handling of competing priorities.
• Skill in providing friendly and personable customer service to both internal and external clients.
