As a Mortgage Broker with Loan Market Ignite, you will:

• Work with clients to understand their goals and explain lending options in clear, simple terms

• Assess and compare loan solutions across a broad lender panel

• Liaise with lenders to progress applications and support strong outcomes

• Deliver a high-quality client experience that builds trust and repeat business

• Operate in line with Best Interest Duty and compliance requirements, with backend support in place

Who We're Looking For

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking

• Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in lending (banking or broking)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A client-first mindset with a genuine interest in property and finance

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working within compliance frameworks

• Ability to work from both the Milton and Ipswich offices
