Property Care Tech-Job Description

Role: Property Care Tech

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain excellent client relationships.

2. Routine weekly lawn mowing, fine gardening, garden bed clean-up, and trimming.

3. Identification and replacement of plant material.

4. Basic irrigation maintenance.

Roles

1. Establish positive relationships with clients.

2. Maintain open communication with foreman and crew.

3. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.

4. Aware of goals and timelines of the project.

a. Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Completes required documentation and forms.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications

Required:
Customer Service Skills

Preferred:
1+ years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, or similar occupation
