The Network Operations Center Manager is pivotal in steering the operations and activities of the Network Operations Center to effectively support the company’s initiatives. This role encompasses managing NOC processes and operations while collaborating with IT and service provider teams. You will ensure compliance with IT policies, continuously improve services, and work closely with stakeholders to foster customer satisfaction and program alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Network Operations Center activities and service delivery
Manage NOC workflows and operational procedures effectively
Coordinate with various IT departments and service providers
Monitor and assess network infrastructure and system performance
Ensure compliance with SLAs and performance standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical guidance and manage escalations
Deliver NOC performance metrics to senior management regularly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in service delivery management or NOC operations
A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Thorough understanding of service delivery principles and operations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in ITSM platforms and network monitoring tools
Strong leadership, organizational, and facilitation abilities
Experience with federal IT operations and compliance requirements
