Hourly Range:
$43.50/hr. - $48.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments, procedures, special tests, and document all actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to provided care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in management decisions regarding patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as instructed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary staff while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from a recognized professional nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor Degree.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in NYS.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of prior clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools, demonstrating the ability to implement these in patient care settings.
