Enjoy a competitive pay range of $27-$29 per hour, based on your scheduled shift and location.
Earn overtime pay after 40 hours worked each week.
Become eligible for both monthly and annual bonuses.
Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus – with half paid out at 90 days and the other half at 180 days of active employment.
Work variable shifts according to business needs. Typical shifts for this position are Tuesday to Saturday nights, starting at 3 PM (Sunday and Monday off).

Key Responsibilities:
Drive safely and defensively at all times, adhering to all laws and regulations to maintain our reputation for safety.
Transport fuel and commodities to Love's retail locations and third-party customers across the country, operating 24/7/365.
Understand and comply with federal, state, local, and company regulations for safe operation of hazardous cargo tank vehicles.
Know proper loading and unloading methods for various cargos.
Communicate with logistics as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Complete electronic driver logs and all necessary documentation according to company policies.
Exhibit professionalism when interacting with customers, staff, vendors, and the public.
Experience and Qualifications:
Background Checks: All job offers may be subject to successful completion of background checks and/or drug screening.
Document Requirements:
A valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements (HazMat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) as per legal requirements.
Meet physical qualifications and obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Skills and Physical Demands:
Availability for variable shifts as required.
Ability to drive for up to 11 hours and work a total of 14 hours while transporting hazardous materials.
Must be at least 21 years old and comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Ability to read and speak English in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Physical ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, and climb for vehicle inspections and cargo handling.
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and conduct necessary vehicle checks.
Normal range of hearing, vision, and smell is required.
