Nurse Educator - Full Time, Day Shift

Salary Range: $78,773.63 - $122,099.12

The Nurse Educator plays a crucial role in fostering an enriching learning environment for nursing staff. You will be responsible for designing and developing educational programs that enhance staff involvement in practice, research, and quality decision-making. By promoting a collaborative and supportive environment, you will empower nurses to thrive at the highest level of licensure.

Your main focus will include the creation and implementation of comprehensive orientation and continuing education programs tailored to individuals and groups within the nursing organization. You will evaluate educational outcomes and ensure they are interconnected with the quality process and patient care outcomes.

In this position, you will work closely with clinical leaders and educators throughout the hospital to promote competency, ongoing learning, and safe high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• BSN Required, MSN/DNP strongly preferred
• Recent acute care experience required
• Preferred experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS and PALS Certification strongly preferred
• Previous AHA or ENA Instructor credentials strongly preferred
