Work Shift: Day

Salary Range: $71,612.39 - $110,999.20

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

As the Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing patient flow and all point-of-care testing in the clinic.
• Supervising and supporting clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Leading by example with professionalism and integrity.
• Reviewing and refining processes to optimize clinic workflow and maximize charge capturing.
• Motivating and developing staff to perform effectively within their licensure.
• Collaborating closely with the Practice Coordinator to enhance team dynamics.
• Participating in Senior Manager meetings to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with patient and staff-related concerns.
• Managing supply and medication ordering with a focus on cost-efficiency.
• Maintaining compliance with Joint Commission standards, including weekly tracer submissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse Licensure is mandatory.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is necessary, ideally in a charge or supervisory role.
