Salary Range: $65,102.17 - $100,908.37

Join our dynamic team as a Nurse Supervisor, where you will lead the nursing staff in the Vascular group on-site and at off-site locations. This role entails overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and providing critical support for high-level case management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Streamlining patient flow through the clinic and managing point-of-care testing effectively.
• Supervising Triage Nurses and optimizing workflows to enhance patient care.
• Exemplifying professionalism and fostering a positive work environment.
• Reviewing and improving processes to ensure efficient clinic operations and accurate charge capture.
• Empowering and mentoring staff to work efficiently within their professional scope.
• Building strong collaborative relationships with the Practice Coordinator.
• Participating in management meetings to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and staff-related information.
• Managing supply and medication ordering judiciously and cost-effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and overseeing weekly tracer submissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• Valid BLS certification.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for candidates in supervisory or charge roles demonstrating management skills.
