Become the Nursing Supervisor You Aspire to Be

- Helping develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as the vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff.

Qualifications Required
- Active RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
- CRRN certification must be acquired within one year upon meeting eligibility criteria.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years.
- Experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead, with responsibility for reporting, issue resolution, direction-setting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
