Occupancy / Leasing Specialist for a local position. This role is responsible for implementing leasing and occupancy policies and procedures in compliance with HUD, federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Process applications and identify qualified applicants
- Manage waitlists, lease-ups, and annual recertifications
- Monitor background screening processes to ensure HUD compliance
- Collaborate in completing tenant file audits
- Monitor and process change-of-information notifications to update tenant accounts
- Ensure complete and accurate annual recertifications
- Recalculate rent and monthly tenant payments
- Assist with unit transfer processing and scheduling
- Enter move-out data into the system
- Assist with tenant community meetings
- Communicate and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing guidelines
Skills & Qualifications: - Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to produce timely and accurate documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in housing, leasing, or property management preferred
Location: Winchester, KY
Schedule: Full-time

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
