Your Role in This Journey

In this position, you'll be empowered to do more than tackle symptoms; you'll assist in rejuvenating routines, restoring confidence, and reigniting joy in everyday activities. From leading stroke patients through intricate motor skill rehabilitation to helping orthopedic patients regain strength and mobility post-surgery, every ounce of your expertise will contribute to providing individualized care that nurtures resilience and self-sufficiency.

This isn't a place for formulaic treatments or impersonal checklists. Instead, it's a space where each patient is unique, and each therapy session unfolds like a narrative in their renewal. You will collaborate intimately with fellow therapists, healthcare providers, and social workers to shape rehabilitation plans that are as distinct as the individuals they support.

Why You'll Adore the Team - and the City That Inspires You

We've cultivated a unique environment here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't merely clock in; we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate achievements collectively (both big and little). You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your advancement is supported, and your influence is evident each day.

And then there's the backdrop: Minneapolis, a city rich with culture and opportunities for adventure. Say goodbye to ordinary urban landscapes - here, you can explore the scenic beauty of its lakes, immerse yourself in an array of lively festivals, and savor the culinary diversity the area has to offer.

The community thrums with creativity, featuring everything from eclectic art scenes to rock music events. Cozy cafes serve delicious coffee alongside vibrant food co-ops, while antique shops and live music venues create bustling neighborhoods. And despite attracting a mix of innovators, artists, and entrepreneurs, there remains a pace that allows for leisurely strolls and quiet moments.

Who We Seek

We are in search of an individual who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a career, but as a profound vocation. Someone who beams with joy when a patient regains mobility, communicates effortlessly, or shares a long-silent story.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate filled with potential, you will find your place here, especially if you bring passion, dedication, and a spirit of service to your craft. If you are excited by the prospect of merging exceptional care with a quality lifestyle - you've just found your new home.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Impact - Together

This is your call to engage in something that transcends a mere job title. Here, your efforts will serve to shape futures, facilitate recoveries, and restore the essence of life. And you'll do this in a region celebrated for harmonizing diligence with tranquility.

If you're prepared to flourish, make a difference, and intertwine your journey with a community that prioritizes care - we can't wait to meet you.
