Your journey as an OT at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England in Woburn, MA, will involve:

1. Leading and supervising occupational therapy assistants and technicians.
2. Delivering patient-centered occupational therapy treatment consistently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification before the start of employment is mandatory.
• CPR certification is preferred but subject to hospital policy requirements.
• A degree from an accredited therapy program or a substantially equivalent program recognized by a certifying agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Proven skills in occupational therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
