The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluation and occupational therapy treatment. Responsible for the direct or individual provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs. Responsible for transitioning patients to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and supervision according to policy.

What You Bring/Job Requirements:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

One (1) year experience.
Home Care or Long Term Care exp preferred.

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy

Masters preferred

OT License

Drivers License

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

This is a home health occupational therapist. The territory this role will be cover will be in the Teller County area.

Pay Range:

$31.50 - $52.98 / hour
