About Ninja Allied Health

Ninja Allied Health is an award winning allied health provider founded by two Occupational Therapists. We support every therapist on our team and deliver personalised services in clinic, in the community and via telehealth. Our commitment is to make a substantial, positive difference in people's lives.

At Ninja Allied Health, we've always believed that our work goes beyond simply providing therapy, it's about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Diverse caseload opportunities - Ninja Allied Health operates within a variety of different funding models, giving our clinicians opportunities to learn and grow in new areas or work within their favourite.

About the Role

As a future Ninja, you will support a diverse mix of clients, with your caseload tailored to your interests across clinic, community, and work-from-home days. Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, adults, or a particular client group, we will shape your caseload to reflect your strengths and preferences. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated, evidence based care. We offer flexible hours and days, and you will have input into your schedule and caseload to support work-life balance.

Your week will include one or more clinic day/s (at our Ipswich clinic), one work-from-home day, and the rest of your time supporting clients in the community within a set area of Brisbane (Ipswich/Springfield/ and nearby).

We also offer lower billable hours than industry standard, as we value long-term growth, giving you the time and space to train, mentor, and truly lead as our team expands.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Delivering high-quality, client-centred Therapy services

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care

  • Participating in case discussions, service planning, and client goal setting

  • Maintain accurate records and reports aligned to funding body requirements and clinical standards.
