We are seeking a dynamic HR Admin/Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • HR Support: Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and supporting HR processes, while collaborating closely with our HR team based in the Netherlands.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office by distributing memos, emails, and other relevant information to the team.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling incoming enquiries.


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
