Oncologist, Metro TN - clinical practice with some Academic opportunities

Can some one post this under me for University of TN (knoxville) 90% clinical Oncology practice joining a group of 14 Oncologists. L ight teaching and clinical research is required . 4day work week and 1 day solely for admin. Salary is 450k to 475k plus comprehensive benefits , an rvu bonus plan with the ability to make upto 960k in total comp. Call is 1 in 6 to 1 in 8 Primarily Oncology based . The desired candidate will be willing to take the lead with GI/GU Oncology as well. No experience or specialized training necessary, just the desire to take lead. Training will be provided.
