Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management
  • Establish and oversee labor and material budgets.
  • Review and analyze budget versus actual labor and material reports.
  • Manage all purchasing decisions.
  • Understand and assess Profit and Loss statements.
• Client Relations
  • Engage with clients on a daily basis.
  • Conduct meetings to establish Maintenance and Remedial budgets.
• Team Leadership
  • Develop and implement a recruiting program to hire field employees.
  • Deliver supervisory training to key team members.
  • Evaluate crew leaders based on performance metrics.
  • Recommend wages and compensation for crew members.
• Safety Oversight
  • Plan and execute Safety Meetings, documenting findings and outcomes.
  • Participate in New Hire Training sessions.
