We offer competitive compensation ranging from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour based on your experience. Enjoy additional evening differentials of $2.50/hr, night differentials of $3.00/hr, and weekend differentials of $3.00/hr. As part of our 32-bed Ortho/Spine unit, you will be working with a team certified by the Joint Commission for excellence in caring for orthopedic patients, including those undergoing hip and knee replacements, total shoulder, and ankle surgeries, as well as handling lower-level cardiac conditions and general med-surg cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and analyze patient data.
- Establish care goals and strategies, prioritize care, and implement effective nursing interventions.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure safe and effective care.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adapt care plans as necessary.
- Perform additional nursing functions according to advanced knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
- Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or an active Multistate RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to working with patients.
- Maintaining current BLS certification is necessary throughout employment.
- New graduates are required to complete the Nurse Residency Program upon joining.
