• Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient.
• Call is light and rotates evenly amongst all the providers in the group.
• General orthopedics, however, incorporate your surgical niche.
• Have direct control over all aspects of your practice, including outreach and admin opportunities. Be as busy as you prefer.
• Join an established team of 2 providers experiencing large volumes of patient backup. Step in and be busy the first week.
• See anywhere from 20-40 PPD, depending on the provider's personal preferences.
• The OR team consists of surgeons, CRNAs, Surgical Techs, RNs, and first-assist PAs.
• 3 ORs with 10 pre/post-surgery rooms.
• Onsite rehabilitation center with PT, OT, and Speech Therapy. The facility includes a pool for aquatic therapy as well.
• Large referral base within the group.
