A thriving multi-specialty group located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. Join a team of other primary care physicians who practice in brand new, start-of-the-art clinical space.

The practice is seeking a dynamic clinician with an entrepreneurial spirit to help build out a brand new clinic site. Those with a long-term leadership interest are encouraged to apply.

Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

The Position:
  • 4 Day Work Week Available
  • The position consists of 36 hours seeing patients with a protected 4 hours for administrative time.
  • No nights or weekend work required
  • 18 - 20 patients per day - 40 minutes for each new patient and 20 minutes for each follow up
  • EPIC EMR
  • Productivity Bonus Included - Multiple physicians in the practice are making over $300,000 annually
  • Base Salary Range - $266,809 - $298,581 based on experience
