This thriving primary care practice is seeking a BE/BC pediatrician to join their expanding team of providers in the beautiful town of Monterey, California.

Position Details:
  • Outpatient only.
  • No required call or weekends.
  • Flexible schedule with an optional 4-day work week.
  • Collaborate with a team of 7 dedicated providers as you provide quality care in this growing clinic.
  • FQHC site with multiple clinics across the county.
  • Visa sponsorship available.

    Enjoy a generous compensation package including a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend. Additional incentives include:
  • Competitive salary range of $233,000 - $267,000.
  • Full-benefit package, 5 weeks of PTO, lucrative retirement package, $5,000 CME, and malpractice coverage.
  • Student loan coverage of up to $300,000 through the state of California. Additional loan assistance available.
