Outside Sales Representative

Safe Haven Security is the Largest authorized dealer of ADT. We are looking to fill the Outside Sales Representative position(s) in your area to sell our new Home Automation Systems to NEW homeowners. We are looking to hire passionate, motivated, and goal driven individuals for an outstanding opportunity!

Responsibilities Include :
Present Home Automation Options and services to new homeowners
Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
Manage a provided Lead Route
Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications :
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
A positive attitude and strong work ethic needed
Self-Motivated
Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills
Strong Closing Ability
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation :
Uncapped commissions are paid weekly
The role is 100% commission and performance based
The average commission pay-out is 426 per package
The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month
Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000
Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams
Above average performers range from 71,000-123,000
Arizona is a draw state; guaranteed $450 per week against commissions
