Overnight Guest Services Coordinator

As an Overnight Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a friendly experience throughout their overnight stay.
• Understanding and addressing guests' lodging and purchasing needs.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Registering guests and managing the rooming chart for smooth operations.
• Processing payments through cash, check, or credit card and managing transactions expertly.
• Verifying credit card transactions and following proper protocols in a secure manner.
• Balancing the cash drawer; counting and reconciling cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Compiling and reconciling nightly financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Offering pre-arrival support and facilitating correspondence for guests with special package arrangements.
• Staying knowledgeable about all essential aspects of our resort or hotel operations to provide accurate information.
• Acting as a key liaison for our services and sales center.
• Collaborating effectively with resort associates to ensure an excellent guest experience.
