As a Paid Search Specialist, you will personally make an impact by:

• Managing Google Adwords and Bing Ads Paid Search campaigns for multiple clients on a local and national level
• Analyzing performance data and creating appropriate action plans on a weekly and monthly basis
• Conceptualizing and executing experiments and A/B tests
• Providing monthly reports to clients and clearly explaining the impact of your optimizations towards the clients' KPIs
• Exploring opportunities related to new technology, techniques and industry trends
• Working directly with executives, strategists, and creative teams to execute and finalize materials

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Advertising, Business, or Statistics
• 1 to 3 years of Paid Search campaign management (agency or in-house)
• Drive to create innovative solutions and remain on the cutting edge of search
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Keen analytical skills and understanding of statistics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with advanced Google Analytics and Google Adwords features and functionality
• Understanding of SEO and the SERP landscape
