This well established and top Law firm with offices in East Sussex are looking to recruit Paralegals to be based in their corporate team at their Eastbourne office. They act for a number of local and national clients dealing with M+A corporate restructuring and corporate refinancing work. The team regularly deals with high value, complex and interesting transactions and you will have support from experienced and friendly colleagues within the team. You will be involved in drafting, preparing due diligence reports and the disclosure process of a corporate transaction. be an advantage.
