Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand and assess patients' functional abilities across physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional dimensions to create personalized treatment goals.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop effective, individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's needs to enhance independence and quality of life.
• Patient Education and Training: Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic processes and adaptive strategies, empowering them with skills for daily living and safety.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care that meets all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Progress Monitoring and Outcome Measurement: Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, utilizing standardized tools to track improvements in functional abilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure/certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
