Part Time Patient Services Specialist for Gastroenterology (Oregon City)

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a part-time Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology South division located in Oregon City. Workdays will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, sending test kits and information, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of medical front office experience. Candidates must have great attendance, strong typing skills, the ability to multitask and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a customer service position. Level and pay depend on experience: $17.61 - $23.83 per hour.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 50% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for part-time employees.

Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience is preferred.
Prior experience with EMR preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attendance and work ethic
Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers
