Your Role:

1. Provide exceptional physical therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with regulations and professional guidelines.
2. Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants and technicians.
3. Ensure clear communication among hospital departments to meet the needs of patients and staff.
4. Support patients in regaining control of their lives and independence.
5. Contribute to a culture of patient safety and centered treatment.

Required Credentials:

• Current state licensure or certification before starting employment.
• CPR certification preferred, unless otherwise mandated by hospital policy.
• A degree from an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program in physical therapy.
• Proven competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and their families.
