Your Role as a Physical Therapist:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy treatment aligned with hospital, state, and federal regulations.
- Delegate and supervise the work of physical therapist assistants and technicians.
- Communicate effectively across hospital departments to meet patient and staff needs.
- Assist patients in regaining control of their lives and achieving independence.
- Create a safe, patient-centered treatment environment that aligns with our hospital's mission.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification required on the first day of employment.
- CPR certification is preferred based on hospital policy.
- Degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program along with relevant experience.
- Proven skills in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment in physical therapy.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.
