What You Will Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon admission and throughout each shift, with prompt communication of any changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures and administer medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate documentation of all care provided.
• Deliver compassionate care by addressing patient requests swiftly and anticipating needs proactively.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, ensuring they comprehend complex information.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (to be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree.
