Patient Care Registered Nurse

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Patient Care Registered Nurse, where you will provide critical direct care to inpatients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of medical attention.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

• Assess patients and develop personalized care plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Supervise the activities of LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff members on your assigned unit and shift.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to report any patient concerns and changes in condition promptly.

This dynamic role requires:

• Current RN licensure specific to state regulations.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification considered an asset.

You will be proficient in using general office equipment and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to engage in effective oral and written communication in English.

Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, including medical supplies and assisting with patient transfers. Mildly stressful circumstances may occur, but you will work in a comfortable, indoor environment.
