Patient Representative - Inside Sales
Total Med Solutions - Dallas, TX

Environment:
Fast paced and growing medical spa practice Looking for career minded individuals who are driven, disciplined and assertive, with a "patient first" and "can do" attitude.

Requirements:
Proactively contact new and existing patients, leads and referrals to discuss services and promotions.
Exhibits strong knowledge of Total Med's services and products.
Ability to build values based relationships, trust and gain the confidence of existing and potential patients.
Successfully leverage Total Med's portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
Able to respond to practice oriented questions and/or route calls accordingly.
Relies on clinical support staff to recommend appropriate treatment alternatives to a patient.
Consistently demonstrates proactive activity with patients and leads to uncover new business and take ownership of opportunities
Meets or exceeds periodic quotas.
Prospect development and lead generation skills.
Call center back up as necessary.
Other duties as requested.

Education and Experience Required:
Associates degree in nursing, nutrition, or related field desired but not required.
1 - 2 years experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a nutrition,
health and wellness, fitness or supplement organization.
Outstanding verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills
Basic organization, analysis and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointments

Hours:
Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday.

Compensation:
Salary + Commission
