Patient Service Representative

Hinsdale Orthopaedics, a division of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, currently has positions available for full time and part time Patient Service Representatives to cover our busy Hinsdale office. Duties include answering patient phone calls, making appointments, registering patients and collecting co-pays and account balances, as well as filing and miscellaneous clerical duties.

The qualified applicant must be a HS graduate or equivalent, have excellent communication and people skills, good basic computer skills, be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in a health care environment. EPIC experience is a plus.
