The Position:

4 Day Work Week

The position is mostly outpatient with a small amount of inpatient work (inpatient and newborn rounding) at the local hospital

Low Patient Volume Expectations

Protected Monday off after a weekend on call

Large on-boarding package at signing for student loans and housing
